It’s a Geometric World, 1st grade project (Day 30) by Ms. Trowbridge’s First Graders


“We made an invitation for our mom, dad, grandpa, aunties, and uncles to come to our shape museum and I made a picture with equal share shapes on the front.”  (Giovanny)

“We finished our math centers.  I colored 1/2 of some shapes.”  (Christian)
“Some people painted our aerial map and some people glued popsicle sticks onto the rectangular prisms.”  (Paola)  “I think the map looks nice.” (Alaiya) “I like the map because I got to paint it.”  (Jay)
“We did another hangout with Mrs. Cunningham’s class.  Some of us talked about our map, 2-D shapes, 3-D shapes, and equal shares.”  (Yaritza) “The hangout was great because I liked hearing what the four people had to say.”  (Pedro)

“Next week we’ll be getting ready for our Shape Museum on Friday.”  (Ximena)
